Terms of Sale
Last updated September 2025
These terms apply to every purchase made on https://gohighlevelsnapshots.com. Buying a snapshot means agreeing to them. GoHighLevel Snapshots is a storefront operated by GHLExpertly.
1. What you are buying
A GoHighLevel snapshot: a packaged export of a GHL sub-account containing pipelines, automation workflows, funnels, forms, calendars, custom values and dashboards. You receive a share link that imports that structure into your own GoHighLevel agency account, plus written documentation, video walkthroughs and one-on-one onboarding from the specialist who built it.
You are not buying data. Contacts, conversation history, phone numbers, A2P 10DLC registration, domains, DNS records and third-party integration credentials do not transfer with a snapshot and are configured in the destination account after install. This is how GoHighLevel works and is true of any snapshot from any seller.
2. Your GoHighLevel subscription
A snapshot installs into your own GoHighLevel agency account. HighLevel bills you for the platform separately and nothing sold here replaces or includes that subscription. GoHighLevel Snapshots is not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel Inc.
3. Price and payment
Snapshots are priced from $97 to $397, in US dollars, as a single payment with no subscription behind it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery is by email to the address you check out with, the same day, except for snapshots needing manual agency-ID configuration which can take up to one business day. Every listing states its delivery time before checkout. If nothing arrives, email hello@gohighlevelsnapshots.com and we will resend it.
5. Licence
Your purchase grants the licence set out on the Snapshot Licence page: unlimited installs inside your own agency, no resale or redistribution of the snapshot itself. That page is part of these terms.
6. Refunds
No. Snapshots are delivered instantly and in full, so all sales are final — once the share link is sent, the product is already yours to keep. What you get instead of a refund window is everything you need to judge the purchase first: the full contents list on every listing, the six install steps a snapshot does not cover, and a reply to any pre-purchase question before you pay. If the snapshot does not arrive, or arrives incomplete, that is ours to fix and we will.
7. Support and onboarding
Every purchase includes written documentation, video walkthroughs and a one-on-one onboarding session with the specialist who built the snapshot. Support covers the snapshot as delivered: installing it, understanding what it does, and fixing anything that arrived broken. It does not cover building new automations, custom-coded funnel logic, API integrations, or debugging changes made after install — that is separate work and we will quote it rather than guess.
8. What we do not promise
A snapshot is a system, not a result. We make no claim about the revenue, leads or conversion rate any snapshot will produce in your client's account: that depends on the offer, the traffic and the follow-through, none of which we control. Anyone selling you a guaranteed number is selling you something else.
GoHighLevel is a third-party platform that changes. If a platform change breaks something inside a snapshot you have bought, we fix it and reissue the snapshot; we cannot be liable for the platform's own availability or behaviour.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that snapshot. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost leads or lost data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your purchase, and changes are not applied retroactively to snapshots already bought.
11. Contact
Questions before or after a purchase: hello@gohighlevelsnapshots.com.
Placeholder pending legal review. These terms are written to be honest and readable and to meet Stripe's requirement that a store publishes them, but they are not legal advice. Before launch: add the registered legal entity name and address, the governing law and jurisdiction, and have the refund clause reviewed against consumer law in the territories you sell into.
