Privacy Policy

GoHighLevel Snapshots collects as little as it can get away with. This page says exactly what that is, why it exists, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Your email address and name, when you buy a snapshot. This is the delivery address — without it there is nothing to send the share link to.
- Your purchase record: which snapshot, when, and the Stripe reference. This is how we know which licence you hold and which updates you are owed.
- Your email address, if you join a waitlist. Used to tell you when that snapshot ships, and to decide what to build next.
- Anonymous usage analytics, if analytics are enabled: pages viewed and how you arrived. No profiles, no cross-site tracking, no advertising audiences built from it.
We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles payment and holds that data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
Who processes it
- Stripe — payment processing and purchase records.
- Our email and CRM provider — delivery emails, onboarding scheduling and waitlists.
- Our hosting and CDN provider — serves this site and keeps short-lived server logs.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Buying a snapshot does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The waitlist sends one email when that snapshot ships, and nothing else.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept for as long as the licence lasts and for as long as tax law requires afterwards — a licence with no record is a licence we cannot honour. Waitlist entries are deleted once that snapshot ships, or on request, whichever comes first.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Analytics, where enabled, sets a first-party cookie to count a visit once rather than twice. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@gohighlevelsnapshots.com and we will action it. Deleting your purchase record also ends our ability to reissue the snapshot or send you updates, so we will say so before doing it.
