Snapshot Licence

This licence covers every snapshot sold on GoHighLevel Snapshots, including the All-Access Pass. Buying a snapshot buys a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

What you may do

• Install it in unlimited sub-accounts inside your own agency. One purchase, no per-client fee, no seat count, no renewal.
• Edit anything. Funnel copy, branding, pipeline stage names, automation triggers and timing are all yours to change.
• Deploy it for paying clients, including under white label and SaaS mode, under your own brand and domain.
• Charge your clients for the setup, management and results. What you bill for your own work is entirely your business.

What you may not do

• Resell or redistribute the snapshot itself. That includes selling it, bundling it into a product, giving it away, or listing it in another marketplace.
• Share the snapshot share link with anyone outside your agency, including other agencies, contractors working for other agencies, or a community.
• Transfer the licence to another agency without asking us first.

The line is simple: deploying it for your clients is the point, becoming a reseller of it is not.

Agency, in this licence

"Your agency" means the GoHighLevel agency account you install into and the sub-accounts inside it. If you run more than one agency account, each needs its own licence. If your agency is acquired or restructured, email us and we will move the licence rather than make you rebuy it.

The All-Access Pass

The $497 All-Access Pass licenses every snapshot in the catalogue on exactly these terms, plus every snapshot added later and every update to all of them, for as long as the catalogue exists. It is one payment for one agency. It does not grant resale rights, and it is not a reseller or white-label distribution licence.

Updates

When we rebuild or update a snapshot you have bought, you get the new version at no cost. Updates are delivered as a new share link; installs you have already made are not changed remotely, and pushing an update to a live client account is your decision and your timing.

What the licence does not include

Your GoHighLevel subscription, phone numbers, A2P 10DLC registration, domains, and any third-party service the workflows connect to are billed by those providers and are not part of this purchase. See the FAQ for the full list of what a snapshot does not carry across.

If the licence is breached

Redistribution ends the licence. We would rather have the conversation than the dispute, so if you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask first: hello@gohighlevelsnapshots.com.
