For medspa owners
Run your own medical spa on GHL? Import the medspa snapshot and start from a working base instead of an empty platform. Your brand, domain and menu of aesthetic treatments go in after import.
A ready-made GoHighLevel med spa snapshot for medspa owners and the agencies that serve them. It arrives as a one-time, IP-protected import with a setup guide, and every build is imported and run end to end before it goes on sale.
Why import it
Building a med spa account from a blank sub-account means wiring every calendar, pipeline, reminder and new lead automation yourself, usually between appointments. A snapshot skips the blank page. You import a build someone has already tested, put your brand on it, and spend the hours on clients instead of settings.
A med spa snapshot is a copy of a configured GoHighLevel sub-account, the way its workflows, pipelines, calendars and campaigns are set up, packaged so it loads into another account in one step. You load it from the agency view, and the build arrives in place instead of being assembled screen by screen.
HighLevel is an all-in-one platform that pairs the GoHighLevel CRM with marketing automation, and snapshots are how agencies roll one setup out to many local businesses. Because everything lands in a normal sub-account, you can rename it, customize it and white-label it.

Serving aesthetic clinics? Load it from your agency account into a client's sub-account during onboarding, then adapt it to that clinic's services and brand before you hand it over.
What's included
Every listing in the GHLExpertly store ships the same four things, and the Med Spa Snapshot is no exception. Here's what you receive after checkout.
A one-time, IP-protected import link. It's made for a single import, so use it once your sub-account is ready rather than the moment you buy.
Screenshots, an intake sheet for your clinic's details, and a checklist to work through after import, so the small settings don't get skipped before launch.
Each build is imported and run end to end before it's listed in the store. You aren't the first person to load it, and that matters on day one.
Questions go to the person who built the snapshot. If a step in the guide isn't clear in your account, ask, and you'll get an answer from someone who knows the build.
How it works
Check out for $297 USD on the GHLExpertly store. The cart and payment run on HighLevel's own storefront, not on a third-party site.
You get the one-time protected link, plus the guide with its screenshots, intake sheet and launch checklist.
From the agency view, load the snapshot into a new or existing sub-account. The build arrives in place, ready for your changes.
Fill in the intake sheet, work through the checklist, connect your domain and email integration, and message the builder if anything in your account looks different.
The full med spa set
The snapshot is one of three med spa products we've built. Each is sold on its own, so you only pay for the pieces you need.
A separate med spa website template for GHL, for clinics that want the site on its own without importing the full account build.

The snapshot arrives as a working GoHighLevel build, not as your clinic yet. Customization is where it becomes yours: four changes, made once, with the guide's checklist keeping them in order.
How it compares
| Area | A blank account | The Med Spa Snapshot |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | Every page, form, workflow and trigger built by you | The build arrives in place in one import |
| Testing | You find a broken reminder or confirmation after launch | Imported and run end to end before release |
| Guidance | Forum threads and help articles | Screenshots, an intake sheet and a checklist |
| Help | General platform support | Questions answered by the builder |
Not by default. HighLevel's help article, updated in June 2026, says accounts are not HIPAA compliant out of the box, and HighLevel sells a HIPAA add-on for US$297 per month that includes a signed Business Associate Agreement. Once enabled, it applies to every location in the account and can't be cancelled or removed.
Importing this snapshot doesn't change your account's HIPAA status. If you handle patient health information, decide on the add-on first, and read HighLevel's HIPAA article before you launch.
Choose your path
There are three ways to get a med spa running on GoHighLevel, depending on what you need and who does the setup. Answer three questions and the right one comes up.

Reading progress
A snapshot is a copy of a sub-account's configuration, not its data. HighLevel's snapshots overview lists what can travel in one: workflows and triggers, funnels and websites, forms, calendars, dashboards, custom fields, pipelines and tags. A med spa snapshot is that configuration shaped around how an aesthetic clinic books and follows up with clients.
Getting it into your account is two separate steps. Importing a snapshot adds it to your agency snapshot library from a share link. Loading it is the step that applies its assets to a specific sub-account. Wait until an imported snapshot finishes processing before you load it.
Live data never moves with a snapshot. HighLevel's documentation is explicit that contacts, appointments, conversations, message history and reputation data stay behind, and so do integrations and assigned phone numbers. That is by design: you get the build, not another business's clients.
So after loading, a med spa still connects its own phone number, email sending and third-party tools, then brings its client list into the GoHighLevel CRM. Plan that migration before launch, so returning clients land in the right pipeline stage instead of starting over as new leads.
A med spa lives on its calendar. Consultations turn into treatment plans, treatments into rebookings, and every gap between them is a chance for a client to drift away. GoHighLevel puts booking, reminders, two-way texting and follow-up in one place, so the front desk works from a single screen instead of four tools.
The follow-up itself runs on GoHighLevel workflows, which react to bookings, no-shows and form fills without anyone pressing send. One of the most common additions for clinics is missed call text-back, which replies by text when a call goes unanswered during a treatment.
If your clinic handles protected health information, any vendor that stores or transmits it for you is a business associate, and HHS business associate guidance says you need a signed agreement with them. That is why HighLevel's HIPAA add-on matters: it is the route to a signed BAA on the platform.
Texting has its own rules. The FCC explains in its robotext consumer guide that marketing texts need prior express written consent, and that opt-outs must be honoured promptly. Collect consent on your booking forms before any promotion goes out. For med spa specific legal questions, AmSpa compliance resources cover consents, legal guides and industry rules. None of this is legal advice, so confirm your setup with your own counsel.
A clinic owner gets a tested starting point and skips weeks of configuration. The bigger gain is often for agencies serving aesthetic clinics, because the same build becomes the base for every med spa client they onboard, with each one rebranded in its own sub-account.
If you run a GHL agency, treat the snapshot as your med spa standard: load it, adapt it to each clinic during onboarding, and keep improvements in your own master copy so every new client starts from your best version.
Choose the snapshot when you want the whole account working: booking, pipelines, follow-up and campaigns. Choose a website template when you only need the clinic site and already run the rest elsewhere. Our website templates include a med spa design sold on its own.
Go custom when your clinic runs something a standard build won't fit, such as multiple locations with shared providers, memberships with unusual billing, or an existing system you must integrate with. In that case, book a call and we'll scope it before you buy anything.
A clean launch comes from having these ready before the import link is used:
Work through the guide's checklist in order and most of these never come up. If something in your account looks different from the screenshots, ask the builder before you change it.
Questions
It's worth it if you'd otherwise build a med spa account from a blank sub-account. For $297 you get a tested build, a guide and answers from its builder, instead of designing every piece yourself. It won't generate leads on its own, though. It's the base your marketing runs on.
The snapshot is $297 USD at checkout. Your GoHighLevel subscription is separate and billed by HighLevel, so see our GoHighLevel pricing guide for the plans. If you'd rather have it installed for you, we scope that on a short call.
The import link is one-time and IP-protected, so plan to use it once, into the account you'll keep. After import, the build is a normal part of that sub-account and stays there like anything else you've built, with no separate expiry.
Yes. Everything lands in a regular sub-account, so whatever the build contains can be edited like anything else you make in GHL. Start with the guide's intake sheet, which lists the clinic details to change first.
Yes. A snapshot loads into a HighLevel sub-account, so you need an active account before you import it. New to the platform? HighLevel offers a free trial, and signing up through our affiliate program link is one way to start.
Yes. Agencies load snapshots from their agency account into a client's sub-account and can white-label the platform under their own brand. The import link is one-time, so bring it into the account you'll use for client work.
No. They're separate products. The Med Spa Website template is $97 on its own listing, and the funnel template isn't on sale yet. Buy only the pieces your clinic needs, or book a call if you want help choosing.
