What This Snapshot Does Not Carry Across

A snapshot carries structure, not data or account-level settings. Six things are yours to do after install — on this snapshot, and on any snapshot from any seller. The documentation covers all six, in order, with the clicks.

  • Contacts and conversation history don’t transfer.
  • Phone numbers and A2P 10DLC registration don’t come with it.
  • Integrations need reconnecting at account level.
  • Domains, DNS and email authentication are yours to point.
  • Custom values arrive as placeholders for you to fill.
  • Anything assigned to a specific user or calendar needs remapping.

Buying and Installing the Cleaning Company Snapshot

How do I install a GoHighLevel snapshot?

You receive a share link after purchase. Load it into your GoHighLevel agency account, then push the snapshot to the sub-account you choose. From there you fill in the custom values, swap branding and reconnect the client’s integrations. Most installs take a few hours.

Can I use one snapshot across multiple client sub-accounts?

Yes. One purchase deploys to unlimited sub-accounts inside your own agency. Reselling or redistributing the snapshot file itself as a product is not permitted.

How fast is delivery?

Same day for most snapshots. Ones requiring manual agency-ID configuration can take up to one business day. Every listing states its delivery time before checkout.

Can I customise a snapshot after installing it?

Yes, entirely. Funnel copy, logos and colours, pipeline stage names, automation triggers and timing are all editable without breaking the structure. Structural changes, custom-coded funnel logic and API integrations are developer work rather than in-house edits.

Do contacts and data transfer with a snapshot?

No. A snapshot carries structure — workflows, funnels, pipelines, settings — not contacts or conversation history. Existing contacts are imported separately, which is true of any GoHighLevel snapshot from any seller.

Do phone numbers and A2P registration come with the snapshot?

No. Numbers are purchased in the destination account and A2P 10DLC registration is filed per account. The workflows that send SMS arrive ready; the number and its registration are yours to set up.

Is there a refund policy?

No. Snapshots are delivered instantly and in full, so all sales are final — once the share link is sent, the product is already yours to keep. What you get instead of a refund window is everything you need to judge the purchase first: the full contents list on every listing, the six install steps a snapshot does not cover, and a reply to any pre-purchase question before you pay. If the snapshot does not arrive, or arrives incomplete, that is ours to fix and we will.
